Its funny. I bought my husband a car from there last year. Had many problems with it. I wrote a nasty review about them on here explaining the problems i have had with the people, the car and everything that has gone on in the last year. I think there were only five other reviews about them on here!! Anyways, they had the balls to call and ask me to remove the review because our salesmans boss got made. What?!? I recently purchased a car with ABC and have been completely satisfied with them. Everything they have promised has been taking care of with no cost to me.. They fixed every little detail on car and I got that in writing when buying car. There outside mechanics at urbin auto are wonderful as well. Have no complaints, even with DBS they have been great as well.
Ok never had a real problem. My timing belt broke on my car which cause my motor, transmission , and starter to go out. They replace everything for 25.00. Ok my problem is that I lost my debit card and reported it stolen ok. So I been calling in my car payments to DBS.. My payment is due today I was wondering why they havent call yet, so I call they said its already been paid I said how she gave me the card number. They claim to take care of their customers but they dont do any kind of safety inspection on the cars prior to sale. I had my car literally 30 days and had to have it towed for a misfire and found out the ball joints were dangerously loose in the front end. The funny thing is, the car passed E-check 3 days earlier so the misfire was a bit of a surprise. The throttle body was so disgusting - I dont think its ever been cleaned. They acted like they did me a favor because they covered the tune up work and only charged me 1 dedu... read more
