I have gone there since 1989 and have no complaints.
I always get good care at the Dayton VA. They do a great job with the resources they are given, and I have seen continual improvements over the last 8 years.
My father has been trying to get an appointment for cataract surgery on the Veteran's Choice program since February 17th since the Dayton VA hospital can't seem to fit him in, and has been put off every time when they tell him to "call back next week." Do I need to contact Dr. Gorsuch directly? I know her, but would hate to have to bother her with something that should have been taken care of by now by her employees.
The nurses at the hematology /oncology unit were rude.
The staff at the Dayton Ohio VA and Richmond Indiana VA are awesome.
It's always been spot on for my husband, they treat him with respect kindness, always takes very good care when he's there
