Seriously, best care anywhere! And I'm comparing my experience with Kettering's finest - Soin.
I believe my stepfather is getting good care, but I am sick and tired of going to the Alzheimer's Bldg to visit him and there are employees parking in a lot that has a sign that clearly states that the lot is for patients and visitors ONLY!!! I rarely get a spot and have to park farther away. I have seen able-bodied employees walk to their cars(some with handicap placards), and get in a car in that lot and drive away.
I've had excellent treatment at the Dayton VA! I recently had a bout with cancer. It was diagnosed, and treated at the VA. May I please recommend Dr. Frazier. She did surgery and followed up with me. Everything was very professional! I am happy with my experience.
Just saw a report on CNN, about terrible wait times etc.....when I signed up, I had an appointment within two days, some of my medicine had co pays of $300, now just $11.....have nothing but good to say, great job!!!!!!!!
Can't set thermostat in my room! I need a new thermostat that has a temperature gauge on it. In bldg 320 room 121 it is 68 degrees in my room. Lincoln Estate.
