I had a procedure done in the dermatology clinic yesterday. Received 3 calls prior, including one the night before from the doctor performing the procedure. When I arrived, they took me to get vitals, waited maybe 5 minutes, then back to the OR. All the doctors were great, explained what they were doing as it progressed (I was not put under). I have used the VA system close to 20 years and have always, without fail, received outstanding care.

This place saved my life! No healthcare organization is perfect but they do a pretty damn good job. They are continually updating to provde veterans with the best care possible. Bravo!
