I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the receptionist, to the patient care assistant, the nurses, the doctor, and the pharmacist, every person we interacted with was so compassionate and kind. Thank you for taking care of my baby at your urgent care!
For an urgent care, it's fabulous. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours as a walk-in. All involved were super nice from registration to nurses to doctors. My son was positive for strep and they made it as easy as possible. This is my second visit- the first when his twin brother had stitches at age 2! They are 10 now and the service both times was stellar!
Perfect!! We signed in online a couple of hours before we went and that was like having a fast pass! We only waited maybe 20 minutes and were taken back and immediately assessed and treated. It's super clean, state-of-the-art, and best of all, the staff were all SO nice!! And having a pharmacy right down stairs was an added bonus. I'm not sure why I made an appointment only to be here over two hours and then have to deal with an incredibly rude doctor who has absolutely no personal skills and is completely unprofessional. The ER would have been faster. Never again.
The new check-in from home option is great! We only waited for a short while, and everyone was very courteous.
Dr's are rude and always seem short staffed and spend hours there waiting....
