We had an amazing experience - even though we came in at 15 minutes before closing every single person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Afterwards we went to their pharmacy to pick up a prescription but I forgot my prescription card so they called my normal pharmacy to get the billing info they needed. Awesome patient care the way around ����
The care we had at the ER last night was more than amazing. Everyone especially our nurse and doctor were so kind and dedicated. Thank you all, your amazing people.
My daughter and I had a great experience at this urgent care for a broken bone. We were given friendly and kind care from the moment we walked in the door. Thanks everyone!!
We took our 4 year old in for stitches and received excellent care. Our son has ASD and the staff was so accommodating to him. The child life service is such a wonderful idea and was very helpful to have a staff member help distract him while being stitched up. Very pleased with Dayton Childrens! Thank you!!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. From the receptionist, to the patient care assistant, the nurses, the doctor, and the pharmacist, every person we interacted with was so compassionate and kind. Thank you for taking care of my baby at your urgent care!
For an urgent care, it's fabulous. We were in and out in about 1.5 hours as a walk-in. All involved were super nice from registration to nurses to doctors. My son was positive for strep and they made it as easy as possible. This is my second visit- the first when his twin brother had stitches at age 2! They are 10 now and the service both times was stellar!
