Perfect!! We signed in online a couple of hours before we went and that was like having a fast pass! We only waited maybe 20 minutes and were taken back and immediately assessed and treated. It's super clean, state-of-the-art, and best of all, the staff were all SO nice!! And having a pharmacy right down stairs was an added bonus. Right as we were discharged, I received a text message that our prescriptions were already ready! I'm not sure why I made an appointment only to be here over two hours and then have to deal with an incredibly rude doctor who has absolutely no personal skills and is completely unprofessional. The ER would have been faster. Never again.
The new check-in from home option is great! We only waited for a short while, and everyone was very courteous.
Dr's are rude and always seem short staffed and spend hours there waiting....
Terrible. Misdiagnosed an obviously broken bone. -_- would only go here again if it was the last place on Earth.
