My step daughter has been a patient of Dr. Chitkara's for a very long time. She was seen in his office in July 2017. During that visit a copy of my insurance card was made, however the billing department billed the previous insurance company (at least that was the excuse I was given the 1st time.) In September after receiving a bill for over a $1100.00 we called again, providing the correct information again. We were told the correct insurance company would be billed. We had an amazing experience - even though we came in at 15 minutes before closing every single person we encountered was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Afterwards we went to their pharmacy to pick up a prescription but I forgot my prescription card so they called my normal pharmacy to get the billing info they needed. Awesome patient care the way around ����
The care we had at the ER last night was more than amazing. Everyone especially our nurse and doctor were so kind and dedicated. Thank you all, your amazing people.
My daughter and I had a great experience at this urgent care for a broken bone. We were given friendly and kind care from the moment we walked in the door. Thanks everyone!!
We took our 4 year old in for stitches and received excellent care. Our son has ASD and the staff was so accommodating to him. The child life service is such a wonderful idea and was very helpful to have a staff member help distract him while being stitched up. Very pleased with Dayton Childrens! Thank you!!
