I guess prices are different in Niagara to where we normally stay, because this was the worst hotel we’ve stayed at for the most expensive price. The mattress on the pullout bed was falling apart. For a blanket on the pullout, we were given a bed cover not an actual blanket. The room smelled sour when we walked in, and just seemed dirty. I canceled my reservation because the front desk staff employee name Ryan was Hostile and Aggressive toward me! This happened on July 12th shortly after I checked in. Once I got in my room I did what I usually do when staying in hotels, I checked the sheets and I saw a stain on the sheet.
