We have never had this kind of experience before. We are visiting family in the area and for the second night in a row, we have come back to a room that was unmade. No explanation, just 'you'll have to talk to the manager in the morning,' then I have to ask for clean towels. The manager never contacted us after the first time although she told the night clerk she had. If I were the manager, I think I would have personally checked to make sure it didn't happen again. We are done with the Wyndham line of hotels.
They gave our room away even tho we had a reservation....our family left out and the desk clerk did not even try to find us another place...she said i dont know what to do ive only been here 2 weeks.
