We drove about 12 hours to get here and around 10am asked if we can do a early check in and they said come back at 12pm and it will be an extra $25 so as we come back at 12pm a person in front of us as if they still had rooms available to which the front desk said yes and after tax it’s $170 and she gave him his key for the room at that time. What upset me is I paid already $170 to reserve the room and now to check in early I was being charged $25 extra meanwhile the person in front wasn’t charged the extra $25 and was hande... read more
