Will never stay in this RUNDOWN not updated hotel. The staff was not friendly. The TV remote did not work. The phone did not work. I had to use my cell to call the front desk because the room was freezing. When someone came the AC unit was not working and he said he will be turning the overall heat but we were still cold. The location was near several eating places nothing to rave about fast foods. We could hear the guests in adjacent room horrible.

This place is definitely outdated. The sheets are essentially threadbare; there’s no fitness area which is allegedly under renovation but there’s only a stair master and a stationary bike. No elevator. No ice machine. The “free” breakfast is basically a choice of bagels or bread which can be toasted. Basic cereal. Yogurt. The vending machine(s) is a fridge with cold soda. It’s basically clean but I would more than likely stay somewhere else.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I must say it exceeded my expectations in almost every way. This place is disgraceful and disgusting! Stains on my sheets the minute I entered my room it was noticeable. The H&C for the shower were not in the correct location so I burned myself ! I was trying to take a Cold shower and instead the C was for hot water and I got burned. I told the staff and no one cared. I also told them about the stains no one cared.
