This place is disgraceful and disgusting! Stains on my sheets the minute I entered my room it was noticeable. The H&C for the shower were not in the correct location so I burned myself ! I was trying to take a Cold shower and instead the C was for hot water and I got burned. I told the staff and no one cared. I also told them about the stains no one cared. The first I spent at the hotel was fine but I had notice water on the floor in the bathroom. I thought nothing of it since I was going to be gone 90% of the days I was spending in town. Come back to my room at 11pm and went to the bathroom only to see more water looking on the floor and brown water coming up through the shower. I asked if it was possible for a refund of some kind since it seems pretty ridiculous to not be able to use the bathroom. Was told no and offered a different room. We drove about 12 hours to get here and around 10am asked if we can do a early check in and they said come back at 12pm and it will be an extra $25 so as we come back at 12pm a person in front of us as if they still had rooms available to which the front desk said yes and after tax it’s $170 and she gave him his key for the room at that time.
