This past Thursday July 17, 2025, I booked a 3-night stay (Thursday through July 20, 2025 Sunday) at your Lanham, MD location—and it turned out to be one of the most disturbing experiences I’ve ever had in a hotel. Exelente hotel
The receptionist(guy) that was working on Friday night 07.11. 2025. He is very mean and disrespectful. He told us to leave and he is not going to check us in because we asked him where to park. He said he is the manager and he decides who to check in and who not to.
