During my stay, I was awakened at around 3am, scratching and feeling things crawling and biting on my body. To my disgust, it was bedbugs. I immediately jumped up, turned on the lights, and they scattered. I grabbed my cellphone and smashed a couple, as seen in the picture, which were full of blood. Be aware my stay was okay but the required deposit that is needed on check in is for their pockets. It had been two days after check out and I had not received my deposit. I called and front desk says yes the deposit is being taken because of damages I asked what damages. He said only the manager had access to the information and that she would be in at 9am. I called again 9:15 was transferred went to voicemail left message no response I called again same thing. I reached out to corporate a Joke. I checked out 8/4 it is 8/9 ... read more
