Helpful staff
clean place, nice staff, big rooms and a big parking space
Room was decent, it was clean. Had a few fast food restaurants right by the hotel property within walking distance if you eat that kind of food. We were attending a concert at Northwest stadium and it was not far. When checking out the front desk lady was very nice. For me it was just a one night stay so I didn't explore the property regarding gym or pool.
This review is not about the housekeeping policy. I understand hotels may require room access after several days, and I never refused housekeeping. My complaint is about how I was treated. After staying for about a week, my girlfriend and I were asleep when the front desk called and woke us up. Ramis immediately took a demanding tone, repeatedly saying they “had to” come into our room instead of politely explaining the policy or asking what time worked for us.
