They don't honor Wyndham perks so why do they even use the name?
Laundry machines suck. Cost you half as much to catch an uber and go wash somewhere else.
The hotel is in a good location close to 495, and the room was reasonably clean. However, the intrusive odor of cigarette smoke was quite overwhelming to the extent that it induced a nicotine buzz during my stay. On a more positive note, the attached restaurant offered a delicious, quick dining experience that I definitely recommend.
Absolutely disgusting. This place is a complete nightmare. I stayed at Days Inn by Wyndham Lanham Washington DC and it was beyond filthy—honestly one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stepped foot in. Both rooms they gave me were nasty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in ages. I’m talking about bedbugs crawling around and trash left behind from previous guests. I even found used condoms in the room. I am HIGHLY disappointed in the service received today by the OWNER of the hotel. Service was beyond that of disappointment and pertaining to the cleanliness of the rooms..... they are NOT always up to par but for the cheap price I never issued a complaint and bypassed it at insignificant. But after today's treatment.... I will surely being every minute detail to the attention of the front desk.
