Room was clean, spacious and smelled good. Location was great. Hoover is a very nice area. A little old and run down but you get what you pay for.
Bed bugs 🫤
Horrible customer service. Tried to stay for a night on our way down to Florida for vacation. Arrived just to find bed bugs. Had to pack everything up and find another hotel last minute. We were refused a refund and talked to poorly. Terrible experience and would not recommend this place to anyone.
BED BUGS!! BEWARE! One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel. Arrived with my family at 10 at night after a long day of traveling. Just to find a bed bug in my bed! We took a picture and quickly identified it as a bed bug. We decided that there was no way we were comfortable staying there. So we went down to the front desk with our proof.
