Terminate the man that I spoke with for more than 2 weeks about two used SUV’s.One the vin numbers were different on the internet and the side window sticker,no car fax report existed on either vin number,and the other was so dirty I told the manager to call me when it was washed in order to test drive it. For 2 weeks I got the Duh! I will check on that but offered to read me a car fax but not allow me read it myself. The dirty SUV never got washed and the vin on the other never was given to me until this day 6weeks later.
I noticed my 2015 Suburban starting driving differently last week. Once we figured out that the transmission was the issue, I called the service department and spoke with Rob Sanders about the warranty on my car. Friday my car called it quits and Chevy roadside assistance had a tow truck to me in 15 minutes and hauled my car to Day's Chevrolet right before closing. the guy who sold me my car BILL WALLACE... its 2017 Chevy Malibu and he lied straight to my face when i asked can you pay online with pnc him and the finance guy specifically looked me in my face and told me yes you can pay online but I found out today you CANNOT PAY ONLINE without a checking account with pnc in which a monthly balance of $500...that has to be met therefore unlike capital one that i originally chose. I really have to commend you guys, especially the guy that helped me today, Larry. I may not have found what I was looking for, but I really appreciate not being taken advantage of as this was my very first time trying to finance a car.
