I was true to my Word I came to See Scott who was tied up with another customer. Larry kept insisting he could help me because Scott was not the fastest. If I wanted Larry I would have talk to him from the beginning. If Days wants my business Scott needs to contact me. They aren't the only dealership and I am not Happy.
I would like to put out a very large THANK YOU!!!! To brenda and her team in the service department. when I brought my truck in we knew what needed to be done and she did everything in her power to get my truck back to where it should be. she did an exceptional job dealing with a very difficult warranty company and got me back in the road. the service center and the mechanics themselves take great pride in what they do and I will be coming back in the future with any further issues. again thank you very much.
