My daughter had a horrible experience in this salon this morning! Very poor customer service. She arrived on time, was not greeted or addressed. She sat waiting for 24 minutes before the woman who was going to cut her hair saw here sitting there. She told my daughter they have a 15 minute “late policy”. My daughter explained that she WAS NOT late. The snooty desk ladies chastised her for not checking in and made her feel less than. Daybreak Salon is such a wonderful place to be you are always greeted with a warm smile and they always know your name the atmosphere is peaceful, inviting and always spic and span clean. It doesn’t matter what service I have done I know I will love the results, keep up the great work ��
Great cut and style today with Elizabeth. Awesome scalp massage. The staff is super friendly and the atmosphere warm and inviting.
It was my first time at the salon. Very classy interior. My stylist was Ricki. I was early for my appointment at 7 pm. She was over 25 minutes late. My partial highlights turned out beautiful. I was offered a beverage. Referred to try the Aveda tea. I had to hold it on its side to get any out and the tea was cold. Bad choice! I was offered a tour of the salon which never happened.
