I stopped into the salon to have a consultation with a stylist based on a picture of a hairstyle that I showed. I agreed to what I thought was a fair price & scheduled an appointment. The appointment did not go as expected, as I experienced chemical burn to the scalp, extreme heat during blow drying my hair also burning my scalp, and a far inconsistent result to the picture I showed.
