Dealer followed up promptly with my query and answered all my questions. The vehicle was currently being serviced and not available for test driving for several days. I was impressed with the dealers honesty and openness. I was able to find and purchase a similar vehicle before this one was ready. I would recommend Subaru of Moon Township to family and friends.
Overall good experience I’m writing this second review because I meant to give it 4 stars instead of 3. My only issue was leaving the lot with this vehicle and not being notified of it need front struts. Unfortunately I have to pay out of pocket being that they said this vehicle is un eligible for any warranties being it is over 10 years old
My daughter scheduled an appointment for 1/20. She test drove the Nissan Versa and met with a dealer and supervisor to plan the next steps in purchasing the car. The car was not processed through the inspection point of service at the time she drove it. So the supervisor assured us that once the car went through the inspection, he would contact us to look at our trade and finalize the next steps.
