Although we did not use them I am proud to say they kept in touch with us offering their services, very polite, professional, and sensitive to our needs. We appreciate their efforts.
They have given excellent service while being very friendly. They were transparent through the entire process, keeping us constantly in the loop on in updates or changes. Steve, the online rep, was kind and courteous, always making us feel relax with the process.

My husband is the one who reached out to James. We had met him on a Saturday and was interested in a Subaru Legacy. Turns out it was a little too expensive for me. My husband later contacted him about it and it was sold.

The dealer responded to my request in a very timely manner. Unfortunately for me the car that I wanted was sold. I did appreciate their timely response and letting me know it was not available any longer. I find that dealers like this are the ones that I would prefer to be a return customer. Hope this helps.
