Although we did not use them I am proud to say they kept in touch with us offering their services, very polite, professional, and sensitive to our needs. We appreciate their efforts.
They have given excellent service while being very friendly. They were transparent through the entire process, keeping us constantly in the loop on in updates or changes. Steve, the online rep, was kind and courteous, always making us feel relax with the process.

The dealer responded to my request in a very timely manner. Unfortunately for me the car that I wanted was sold. I did appreciate their timely response and letting me know it was not available any longer. I find that dealers like this are the ones that I would prefer to be a return customer. Hope this helps.
