We waited a long time to get the car to test drive also when we opened the door to the car there was leaves, dog hair everywhere i dont understand how they could let a person test drive a car that was in this condition they say they just got it in and it needed the certification inspection but i contacted them at least 4 days ago they should have had the car ready to be test driven it was not good. I will not purchase a Subaru from this dealer i will go to Wexford pa and purchase one.

Not a pleasant experience at all. Very impersonal, waited for hours between correspondence, and felt very rushed
Played phone tag most of the day. Had to hear about salesman's lunch experience, and that was one reason I was not called back. I did not feel like I, as a customer was at all important. I went elsewhere
