Arrived early and they called my name before I finished signing the paperwork. Saw PA and then Dr and both agreed, so quick and good.
Everyone was so kind. Dr Dent was compassionate and kind. I totally appreciate the patience of. the receptionist also. I absolutely will continue to be a patient at Dawes Fretzin.
I have had only positive experiences with all the staff, doctors and nurses. Once I showed up for my appointment on the wrong day and because I live an hour and a half away they worked me into their schedule instead of sending me back home. That kind of caring doesn't happen very often anymore. Dr Countryman is such a nice person. He has a way of making you relax and understand what kind of procedures that he will be doing next. They all have a way of making you feel like family. I highly recommend them.
Amazing staff and facility! Went in nervous, but those didn’t last long. Staff made it very evident that my comfort was priority 1 through the entire process. Thank you!
