Very good people and good environment
My experience at Davita on Yosemite had a rocky begging but then after I was a new technician my appointments became easier. I was able to choose my own tech that knew my slightly difficult access. Pablo is my tech and he is awesome. Threat thing about Davita is that all of the technicians are very well trained and compaonate and understand the patients needs as well as the entire staff from the first time and at every visit as well. NO STARS. Vey Unprofessional and very unorganized. They never answer the phone and I'm not sure why but never seem to answer the doors when patients transportation is trying to figure out how long. Staff is always in a bad mood, give attitude. I've spoken to the supervisor about this daily issue and obviously nothing has been done. It's mainly this facility that can't seem to get it together.
