Great staff! Made an otherwise unpleasant experience much easier. Thank you everyone.
Needs better management. The doctor rarely ever comes around...maybe once per month. In my opinion, dialysis patients should be evaluated by the doctor more than one time per month. Very understaffed, especially during closing hours. They overwork the techs and nurses that they do have...you can tell they are exhausted most days just by looking at them. Other than that, all of the NURSES and TECHS are GREAT, very HELPFUL and CARING. Would’ve gave a better rating if the facility was managed better.
They are awesome. The nurses and techs are great, especially Kim, Lauren, and Tiffany.
I love going to dialysis at this facility, everyone is nice and the facility is so clean.
