The directer, Kim, goes out of her way, daily, to check on your well-being. Her social activities, while we are having dialysis, are very entertaining. The nursing staff is extremely attentive to all of our needs. They have kept me healthy for years.
If you have to be a dialysis patient then this is the unit for you! They go above and beyond what they have to do to make sure the patients are safe and comfortable! The staff is very caring and respectful of their patients and I greatly appreciate all of them!

Needs better management. The doctor rarely ever comes around...maybe once per month. In my opinion, dialysis patients should be evaluated by the doctor more than one time per month. Very understaffed, especially during closing hours. They overwork the techs and nurses that they do have...you can tell they are exhausted most days just by looking at them. Other than that, all of the NURSES and TECHS are GREAT, very HELPFUL and CARING. Would’ve gave a better rating if the facility was managed better.
