Straight forward, not gimmicky Most dealerships have always approached me offering deals. Tanner approached me and wanted to know what I wanted. I got all the information I needed and he tried his best to get me what I needed. I did end up purchasing my new car and he has been helping me tie things up even after the purchase.

Did I go to the same dealership as everyone else??? My boyfriend was set on buying a new car. It was between a Volkswagon Passat & a Mazda 6. We ended up with the 6 because VW doesn't make a Passat in red. They sold my boyfriend a $2800 warranty package (not sure WHY a brand new vehicle would need a warranty). Service has been a joke. The tire sensor keeps telling us we have a low tire (not which one, you're supposed to guess). I went in once and they said my wheel had dirt inside it and it would be $45 to wash it. Great buying experience I had talked to sales over the weekend and agreed upon a both a purchase price and what I would get for my trade. I rated my trade-in as accurately as possible. I went in the following Monday and Tanner had all my information ready to go. We didn't have to negotiate anything beyond what we had discussed by phone. They made it very easy to buy a car without any hassle or delay. I will definitely continue to be a customer and I wouldn't hesitate to refer them business.
