Excellent experience First time buyer from Davis Moore. Fahim did a great job. We never felt pressed into buying anything. Fahim took his time to gather the information he needed to help us determine which vehicle we wanted. Once he realized he did not have what we wanted on his lot he took us to another lot to help us drill down to the car we chose. Sales people from other dealerships could learn a lesson from Fahim. Great experience will come back again.

Sunshine on a rainy day! My sister and I went to Davis Moore Mazda on a rainy Saturday..:I knew exactly what I was there for and met Tanner as soon as we pulled up. First impressions are worth something to me and he instantly made us feel comfortable and welcomed. The entire process was painless and Tanner was wonderful to work with. Dishonest/ Poor Customer Support Having been a happy customer for 9 years, I have been having my cars oil changes done closer to home due to change in work location for the last 2 plus years. Today I was totally disrespected and my integrity challenge when I took my vehicle in for a starter problem. Great overall car buying experience. Had a great experience from start to finish. Ben made it really easy and enjoyable to find and buy a car. No intimidating sales tactics or tricks. Found the car we were looking for and hit the numbers we were looking for quick and easy. This is the 3rd car our family has bought from Davis-Moore Mazda and couldn't be happier.

Mazda roadside assistance Bought Mazda roadside assistance plan to cover my used Mazda for the length of my loan; of which I have a year left. Very frustrated trying to negotiate way through the plan. After calling dealership was put in contact with a man very difficult to understand. Asked to speak with someone else and was told someone would call me back. Still waiting. Disappointed.

Great and painless As Every one who has bought a car before you know the experience can sometimes be drawn out and painful spending hours at a dealership this was one of the less painful experiences ever Tanner took care of everything and was very helpful in getting me into my new car I truly appreciated it I would recommend working with him and should anyone I know be looking for a car soon will send them his way Thanks so much Tanner and my Mazda 6 is growing on me you were right about it

Did not buy here, but they do have two great salesmen! Fahim worked with me and was perfectly professional, and honestly one of the best sales people in the area, and I talked with many. New Mazda CX5 purchase I stopped by this Mazda dealership because my daughter wanted me to consider a CX5 before I traded my 2011 Honda CRV for a new 2016. We met Tanner when we arrived and told him that I loved my Honda , but wanted to check out the CX5. He let me look at the Cx5's and I drove one briefly and said I would come back later if I decided to buy a car. New Lease Roger suggested a lease rather than purchase because it fit my situation well. I would not have considered leasing, never have, but it was my best option. And what a lease--good terms, great monthly. This is my third Mazda at Davis-Moore and second through Roger. He's easy going, but always professional. Roger believes in the brand and so drives one. That's not insignificant to me. .
