They are absolutely scammers. I came in to get something fixed that is under warranty. (I lease a brand new car), and they just did a bunch of other stuff, but didn’t fixed the issue I came in for. Not only did they not fix it, they lied to my face and said there was no issue. I’ve never in my life had such a repulsive experience with a company. I cannot believe how crooked they are. I had my 2020 Durango towed in June 12th after the motor was flooded and needed to be replaced. Insurance approved the estimate in 5 days and accardi had the check 2 days later. NO communication impossible to get someone to call back, text, email i tried them all. I physically had to go to the dealership just to find out what was going on. I did not get my Durango back until August 2nd. and when they finally said it was ready the ticket was closed out on the 31st of July. I never went to the dealership.If you purchased a car that was used check to see if they gave you a vehicle history report.They NEVER disclosed to me that car was owned by a rental car company.
