I always get the best and timely help this time it was for oil change, but this service crew always give me the help I need.

I went in to get my key fob programmed. I own a used Jeep Grand Cherokee. I also decided to get an oil change. I appreciated being asked, upon discovering, about changing my dirty air filter and wiper blades. I was also asked if I would like my vehicle washed and I said yes especially the mud up around tires. Upon returning home, I live 60 miles from this dealership. Nathan was a great salesman, he was not pushy he explained everything. Nathan and Jordan worked hard to give us a great deal. They are both a asset to the company. Dawson is a super person he went out of his way to talk to my handicaped wife several times it ment so much to her. Everybody at Davis-moore is friendly.
Evan was very helpful and made my car buying process easy. He was very informative and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely recommend him!!
Rob Hays was a great to deal with on buy our 2012 charger. We will consider going back to Rob when it is time to buy our next car and will refer our friends and family to deal with him also. For the most part the service department was great but there seemed to be some miscommuncation regarding appointment times.
Our experience with Rob and Davis-Moore Jeep was excellent. We first met Rob about 2 months prior to our purchase. He was extremely pleasant and took the time to explain the available options we had for a new Grand Cherokee. They didn't have exactly what we wanted at the time, but they had one on order.
