RecommendedI just picked up my car from the service department and Justin and the repair team did an amazing job! Of course Martin my salesman helped as well, and came to check in on me while there. If you need a vehicle..Martin is your guy! By the way he's also a Houston Firefighter. Anyway, everyone is friendly and helpful.
Very poor customer service and a lazy staff that has demonstrated lazy mediocre work on something as simple as a carwash. The wait was way too long. When i finally recieved my vehicle, the results were less than professional. I will be following up with Tom Pearson to resolve this issue. Very dissatisfied with the staff and performance today.

I had to wait more than 2 hours for a oil change and listen to other customers complain about them doing services they didn't authorize and being charged for it.

I couldn't believe they charged me to look at my car to tell me I needed a new battery. They charged me $63 dollars for that and then wanted to charge me $230.00 dollars for a new battery, where I found a new battery with a 5 year warranty for $102.00 dollars. Wish I can get my $63 dollars back.
