I had an appointment for 7am and did not leave until after 3pm! I told them my car was not starting up right away, so all that Time up there 3 different technician's, and I was still told nothing was wrong with my car!! Now, today my car would not start and I had to wait over an hour for AAA to come help me!! They told me it was my battery! I was extremely pissed that 3 different technicians did not check my battery within that 7+ hour wait!!! Took off work for nothing! I have been waiting for the boss TOM to contact me back... read more

I just picked up my car from the service department and Justin and the repair team did an amazing job! Of course Martin my salesman helped as well, and came to check in on me while there. If you need a vehicle..Martin is your guy! By the way he's also a Houston Firefighter. Anyway, everyone is friendly and helpful.
