Brad is an awful customer service rep who lies and is untrustworthy. I dropped my car off and told him i had a leak in one of my tires. He noticed my other tire also had nails in it. I told him I have road hazard protection for my tires and he would have to call the company to submit a claim. He said that the company would most likely deny my claim because my tires were worn. We are definitely disappointed to see these comments from Ms. Ramirez, and certainly apologize for any inconvenience to her during this visit. However, we are going to have to respectfully disagree with Ms. Ramirez with regards to her comments about her service advisor, Brad Kny, lying to her. This was not the case at all. As she states in her review, Brad immediately told her that due to the wear on her tires, the tire warranty company would most likely not cover the replacement of those tires.
