Nancy provided a first class real Estate experience,. Always on time, very professional, systematic and thorough, friendly but tough negotiator, Incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the inner workings and sources of the local towns. Nancy represented us in a recent purchase that closed in June of 2015. Nancy was more than patient. We dragged her all over the place to basically look at every available option on more than one Lake before deciding on Lake George. One of the best things about Nancy, different than most.. We found Nancy to be very helpful, responsive and knowledgable with the area and process. She had statistics that supported her recommendations and she was always available when we needed her. In our particular case, the buyer contacted us directly; therefore some negotiations were made directly with the buyer. The best word to describe Pam is patient. She had lots of it when it came to finding our retirement home. When we first started to look we just wanted a summer camp on the lake. She notified us immediately when something came on the market that she thought met our criteria. I first met Pam in 1990 when we bought our first house in Cleverdale, she impressed me with her knowledge of the area . We sold the first home and Pam helped us find and purchase our second home in sandy bay in 1998. We also purchased and sold another property on assembly point, this was strictly a investment and we again utilized Pam as our realtor. I would not purchase or sell a property without her as my agent. Great knowledge of the lake george area , very prompt and courteous ....a true professional!
