Mark is a great guy and very knowledgeable . He has helped me purchase two great properties in the last year. He is always helpful, on time, and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is handled. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell property in the region.
We hired Mark to sell our deceased mother's house and he succeeded in getting a buyer before 3 months. He was flexible with our needs and was always very easy to contact. He held several open houses, advertised the listing, used a virtual tour and even dug up the septic tank for inspection. We think he did a very good job at selling the house!
