Mark is the man. My parent's house was not exactly turn key. It hadn't been lived in in 2 years. Mark walked around the house, made some specific recommendations, which we did. Even to us it was a different house. I know real estate in the North Country can be very sluggish, and many people over price their house. Kevin was excellent and really did a get job getting our home sold in a timely manner. We were very happy we chose him to represent us. He worked directly with us and really came through for us. It was great to work with someone who really did what they said they were going to do.
