I have never in my life had any dealer give me the run around like this place. Ordered a boat trailer from them and nothing but lies, excuses and no callbacks from these guys. Not reccomended at all. Go elsewhere to spend your money.
RecommendedWe were traveling with a fifth wheel far from home. We thought it was a mechanical issue with the suspension. Ends up it was the tires. 2 of them on one side of the trailer had belt separation causing them to balloon. This in turn made them rub together. Allen looked at the trailer and right away said it isn't anything to do with the suspension, look at the tires on one side and compare them to the 2 on the other side. He was exactly right. Had a bent cargo trailer axle. The girl that helped me offered only what I needed to fix it without "over sell", so I went ahead and had them do the whole swap over to the new tube and they were FAST and had it back in less than an hour. I'm sure it can't always be that quick, but they were courteous, fair priced and went above and beyond so I can get this trailer back on the road.
They are 50/50 sometimes they are great other times they try to way over sell you and are jerks. When you need a $8 part and they make it difficult and keep trying to sell you a new trailer you don’t want that’s when I go somewhere else.
