Top to bottom, from sales (sales persons knowledge of product characteristics, install specifications etc.) to install (communication with sales, willingness to install appropriately considering trim, laying material on top of a rock on the concrete slab) to overall customer service (follow up, follow through, communication with customer, communication with EACH OTHER). Installation of hardwood flooring in a new house and its buckling Called salesman repeatedly and get told the installer is covered up Weeks go by and no response Is this how you treat customers once they pay? I am going to tell all the contractors I know to go elsewhere.
