If I could give ZERO stars, I would. Truly the most terrible experience we could imagine working with DA. Top to bottom, from sales (sales persons knowledge of product characteristics, install specifications etc.) to install (communication with sales, willingness to install appropriately considering trim, laying material on top of a rock on the concrete slab) to overall customer service (follow up, follow through, communication with customer, communication with EACH OTHER).
