The doctor is always on time. If he says you have a 3 pm appointment you are called back at 3 pm. I have problems with dentists in the past, leading me to have a serious fear and mistrust of dentists. Dr. Spalding has cured me of that.
I had a routine cleaning and I felt at ease and comfortable during the process. The staff was on time and all went well.
