It was a very experienced and very caring place I had no problems with any of the nurses or doctors they were excellent and treated me very well.
I had my first appt. yesterday at Fox Chase. As anyone will tell you this can be a truly scary experience. I have to say something about Fox Chase for it is just different for all the right reasons. It may the small things. Everyone who I dealt with from the Info desk down to Dr. Henry Fung and his staff actually gave the impression that they are there to help you and that they care. Awesome people make a difficult time of your life more than bearable, a pleasant experience.
Staff are helpful...nursing and non nursing.I met a nice family and promised them I will keep in touch for words of encouragement and to follow up about their Dad's condition.
I have been going to Fox Chase since November when I was diagnosed with stage 3 colon cancer. They doctors are awesome. They reallly do listen and answer all of you questions. The nurses providing you with your chemo treatments are extremely friendly and always make sure you are comfortable. They all really care about you at Fox Chase!!
Every single person who works here and especially my Husband's team of doctors, nurses, techs everyone... has been positive, helpful, compassionate and top notch. Highly recommend Fox Chase Cancer Center.
