Best BBQ in Gainesville. Whether it's been a catering menu that they delivered to the house or a visit to either one of their restaurants the food is alway great, as well as the service! Davids never disappoints!
I'm not sure if yesterday was an off day or what. I've been a regular customer for awhile but my experience yesterday wasn't pleasant. Had brisket that was dry. It was at lunchtime so turnover shouldn't have been a problem. Got my drink and sat at the high top for once. I felt like I was falling forward in the chair. It wasn't just me as others said the same; very uncomfortable. My drink was low on the syrup mix. I made a mention to the guy working on the ice cream machine who basically ignored me. Y'all need to tighten up.

Went to Davids BBQ yesterday for the first time for lunch... went back today. Great food, great service all at a great price! I'm very impressed!

The pulled pork plate was good.. I've been a little disappointed the last few times I've gone (at both locations) because my two favorite things were not available which are the ribs and the fried okra:( This happened to me about 3-4 times over last couple months? Although, I did use the coupon for the free dessert and the Key Lime pie was off the chain'... Very good!
David's catered our wedding and the service we received was nothing short of amazing! The tables were set beautifully, the food was delicious, and everything was better than we could have imagined. Crysta and the team were so nice and made sure every guest was taken care of! Leftovers were packed away for us as well as our cake! They cleaned up and did everything possible to take the workload off of us. Would use again and will always recommend Davids catering!!! THANK YOU!
I've been lucky enough to have Davids cater a few events where I was present this week. They are always very nice and professional. I also do a lot of weddings with them and the same holds true. I always love to here that Davids is catering an event that I'll be attending! Great food, great people! Much love!!
