Horrible Experience! Stay clear of this place!!!!!!!!!!!! – Horrifying experience. Bought a custom $600 dollar ring. It was supposed to be a recreation of a ring I had lost. The ring I received was all wrong. The jeweler was extremely rude and unwilling to fix the mistakes he had made. Poor customer service – I thought they were very rude... I was not helped at all. Inconvenient location. Not enough parking. Poor selection and I can better prices on line... How can you do business this way?
