Dr Robinson cared for my child like she was his own daughter or granddaughter. His bedside manner is incredibly warm, patient, caring, humorous, and wise. He offered to buy us a book on eating disorders for her. He taught me so much about how to handle different behaviors like tantrums, constipation and ARFID. We love Dr Robinson. He was a hidden gem wish we would have found him earlier. He is extremely talented and caring, and funny. We are going to miss him since our daughter is turning 18.
One of the best doctors we have ever had experience to deal with in our lives! He cares enough to take the time to ask questions, and he takes the time to get to know your family! If you are fortunate enough to have an appointment with this physician, know you are in the hands of someone who values your children and wants to help ensure you have all the tools necessary to take the best possible care of your family. The wait, or any personnel issues will be worth it if you stick it out with their office!
I just had a baby a week ago and my husband’s insurance company assigned us to this provider through the military insurance he has. When I spoke to the receptionist on the phone I had never dealt with someone as rude and lacking basic customer service skills as I just had experienced. She kept talking over me and wouldn’t listen to what I had to say regarding the insurance.
