I love coming to this office because of how the doctor is the staff and everybody treat me great I recommend this office because the time for waiting is very short they always have my appointment sometime Everything Has Changed now I will recommend anybody to come and see the doctors here at Canal help thank you
Really strange. I've been a patient of Dr. Morris for over 10 years. I call to make an appointment and they are saying they no longer take any other insurance than Medicare. Something is definitely going wrong here. So you are just dropping all of your patients without telling them or providing any referrals? I would expect more from a professional. I guess customer service is a lot to ask for these days. If you are thinking of going here and you value customer service and stability, please reconsider.
I have been seeing by Dr. David Morris for the past ten years . I have never encountered any difficulties with his previous staff and the referral coordinator until now. It’s a nightmare to Obtain a referral from this new staff. And moreover, if u call early in the morning . The operator that answers the phone identifies the office under a different institution. Nit even Cano Health. Don’t know what’s really going on. Hopefully this review is seen by Dr. Morris . Hopefully he’ll take the proper actions . Marta Valdes
