Did this dentist give you your invoice promptly? Yes, they gave me one when I asked Was this dentist friendly? Yes Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Yes, he/she looked very professional Did the staff call you to remind you about your upcoming appointment? No, but I didn't need a reminder

How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? There is no comparison! Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Did this dentist thoroughly examine your teeth? They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The restrooms here weren't that clean, but they weren't out-of-control disgusting. I didn't mind using them but would have preferred a cleaner facility. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

I'm very confident that my health is their top priority, and I know they would never recommend any sort of dental procedure that I didn't need. I trust them completely. I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored.

Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit? No, there was no annoying music Were the restrooms clean at this provider's office? Yes, I could tell they were cleaned regularly Was the dental equipment clean? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure? Yes, I was able to rinse

I am very afraid of Dentists have been my entire 49 yrs. I started going to Dr D Ladd and they make me feel at ease - Lauri even holds my hand. They are great!
