I can heartily recommend Dr. David Bloome. In performing ankle replacement, he explained the procedure, he was very caring and sincere, he was totally a very fine doctor. My surgery was a complete success with a short recovery.
The wait time for the Doctor needs to be improved. I waited a hour and 30min after my appointment time. No one wants to sit for an appointment 1 hour and half after they check in. Also the receptionist has a very bad no pleasant interaction when you check in as if she is not happy with her job. Maybe she needs extra help. Also be prepared to sit half of your day after your appointment time when coming here. Also do not leave messages on their voicemail they will not return your calls.
Carmen in Dr. Bloome's office is the best! She went over and above to help me w/my deductible and my payment. I was very impressed w/her customer service. You don't get that very often these days.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Bloome.
I had foot surgery. He removed a damaged tendon from my heel. I never felt any pain. He did an awesome job.
