Poor planning for customers for the RV Show. Customers made to wait outside for 20 plus minutes because there are only 3 ticket sales people and tickets were not made available for online purchase. With temperatures in the teens and wind chills at or near zero, its not an inconveinence, it's a safety concern. At least supply patio heaters or a windbreak for the line if you refuse to use more sales windows or online sales. No heat has been difficult for vendors . It's unbearable during rv show . The free coffee for vendors taste like mule piss . Levy restaurant can do better.
The convention center was nice, very clean, and lots of family restrooms. My only complaint was for such a giant facility you would think people waiting to pay at the ticket office could do so inside. My family and I had to wait more than 15 minutes outside in the 10 degree tempatures. But overall it was a good experience!
I attended the Pirate Fest w/ friend, it was great, had plenty of time to walk around Sunday & talk to people & players. We had a meet & great with two former Pirates & they both were very kind and had our picture taken with them. Will attend next year & LETS GO BUCS! 2017 ⚾️
It's a great place. .. every time I have gone to an event I've always had a good time. Place is clean. .....a bit pricy on food but still a great place

I was there in Spring 2016 with my team members for Mary Kay Career Conference. There were other events ongoing in this spacious convention center. We were able to stay very close at the Hampton Inn.
