Dinosaur event...a lot of waiting in line for a lot of money spent.
The tickets were very expensive. $22.00 for adults and we bought the expensive T-Rex $ 56.00 child ticket. The lines to purchase the tickets were very long snaking outside the convention center. Then because we had this expensive T-Rex ticket we had to stand in another line to get a bag with some tickets that we never got to use because the lines were too long for the extra that we paid for. Only 2 stars for this dinosaur event. Not too sure it's worth the $200+ for our family. And the customer service at the concession stand is beyond awful. I'm here as we speak writing this review because the lady was so rude and disrespectful. She was even worse to the lady behind me. People who don't know how to treat or speak to others should not be working with the public. Especially a very busy event like this. Very disappointed.
Dinosaurs were a waste of money and time....way to crowded....not enough staffing...never got the extra we paid for.
Dinosaur event sucked. The exhibit it's self was OK.. For what I paid for my family to go we didn't get to go much we had 3 adults standing in lines just so the kids could do what we paid for. Honestly a waste of money and I will never attended it again! They should be ashamed of their selves for the hype up was not all they made it out to be very disappointed!!!
Took my two grandsons to discover the dinosaurs. They had a blast! Very kind and courteous staff. Well worth the money spent
Went to the dinosaur exhibit thing... This was in Pittsburgh... Horrible waste of money.. for one child and 2 adults, $81... And that wasn't even the full package for the child... That would've been an extra $25 on top of it... So much open space, not enough exhibits, overly priced souvenir shop... The only good thing was the politeness of the employees working... Otherwise, completely pissed off for wasting the money... Should've gone to the zoo
