After 10 years, finally a doctor who listens, cares, and runs the necessary tests. Both the doctor and the admin staff are fantastic. You won’t be treated like a number here.
This is one of those examples of providers that I cannot begin to describe much detail about since there is simply not enough room on here to do so. Also, the staff is rude partly since they are underpaid by the doctors. Not saying this is any excuse, by any means. Dr. Klashman himself is a very professional specialist and he has a very good attitude. His service is 5 star. Jamie is great as well. Very calm and caring! However when you go to a treatment center the physician and the nurse are not the only ones that you will interact with. The administration and the ones that receive you have a major role in your experience as well. Dr. Klashman is the very best, I wish all my specialists were as caring and thorough as Dr. Klashman. I was hospitalized for 4 days recently for a bad flare and antibiotic toxicity he came to the hospital every day to check up on me, who does that! I’ve been his patient since 2008, he’s kept my lupus, Raynauds and other autoimmune issues at bay. Jamie is an excellent and caring assistant hands down. Claudia the receptionist, is also so welcoming. Fantastic office. Thank you all for taking care of me!
