Great personality hands on from day one. She is professional and charismatic. However, many times, it felt like we were all learning about the houses together, rather than her previously knowing to inform us when we would visit the homes. Maybe reviewing and if time permitted, it would be nicer if she walked them first, and then invited us in. The information provided was very basic, and that information we could obtain on our own. After living in our house for over 30 years we were definitely not up to speed on details conceding real estate transactions. Jeremy took the time to work with us for many months starting with advice on preparing our property for sale. With his help our house sold the first day of listing at asking price. Jeremy was able to take us to a variety of different homes for sale as we didn't really know exactly what we wanted. He helped us narrow it down and we ended up going with a new home that was in progress of construction. Jeremy helped us meet with the builder to determine the final floor plan in the unfinished basement. Shauna hasn't been in the real estate business for long but she has shown maturity and expertise of someone who has had years of experience. She is very accommodating to schedules for viewing a home or signing papers. If there was something that she did not know, she immediately talked to someone who did know. She is a very beautiful and kind person with an amazing sense of humor.
