Did a great job, got our house sold in less then 2 weeks. We lived out of state during the whole process and Kera and the rest of realty team did a great job of communicating and helping with the closing process.
Kass was absolutely amazing. She listened to what we needed and wanted. After getting that information she made sure to stay within our budget and show us houses that met everything we needed/wanted. We made a great friend throughout the process. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
I am not a big fan of realtors so when we went to sell our place I was a bit apprehensive but we found the absolute best with Jeremy and his team. They walked us through everything that needed to happen, they were straightforward and knowledgeable and our house sold in 24 hours. Everyone says how much stress selling a house is, with Jeremy and his team they took the stress out of the equation. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone!
Shauna was the best, a true professional from start to finish that invested in our family & spend time to figure out what we really needed in a home. We had a couple bad experiences before we found her and we are so thankful we did!
Very helpful in the entire process of getting our home ready for sale. The team concept using different individuals to perform specific tasks (home staging, listing, photos, etc.) is nice and we have the feeling we are being well looked after regarding selling our home. Home is just recently listed, so negotiation skills TBD.
David and his staff are very knowledgeable from getting my house ready for sale to showing the home to taking the offer. The advice I received was helpful and made me feel confident in my decisions thru the process.
My husband and I relocated our family from Boston, Ma to Rapid City, SD. Our agent in Boston was worthless, so our expectations of agents was pretty low. We were shocked by how professional and knowledgeable Kasondra was. She knew all about the area and drove us around half of the state trying to find our perfect home. Kasondra answered texts and emails at all times of the day and night. She is phenomenal and Instead of calling her our agent we now just call her a friend. You won't find a better agent in The Black Hills.
Jeremy helped us sell our home quickly. His team is great to work with. Everyone is kind and very responsive. His advice on staging our home was great. We highly recommend him.
