Jeremy helped me buy my first home, and after some not so great expunged with other realtors, him and his team made it a dream! His team was very nice, responsive, and if I had any questions at all, they would find the answer out and let me know. It’s been about a month since I purchased my home, and he still contacts me and let’s me know if there’s anything I need! HIGHLY recommend him for any of your real estate needs!
Realizing our property possessed a strict covenant Jeremy and his team approached this with a strong strategy to acquire the right prospective buyers which produced an accepted bid in less than a month. Also Julie completed all closing actions flawlessly including last minute negotiations so that we had a smooth ride.
Jeremy was a wonderful realtor to work with, as was his associate, Loni. Both were patient and understanding, never hard to reach, and often reached out to us. Always answered any questions we had.
If we hadn't gone with Jeremy, we wouldn't have gotten our place, that we love. We basically bought our place online, before seeing it. He went above and beyond to help us get our place,as we were over 500 miles away!

Jeremy gave me a surprisingly good experience when purchasing our home in the area. I recognize that realtors make money by closing on a purchase. He was always available and willing to discuss details for us. We are military and he sold us a beautiful house in a highly desired area quickly as well as helping us quickly sell it when it was time to move out of state. By far and away the best real estate experience I have ever had.
Shauna arrived at my home prepared to tell me what I needed to do to sell for top dollar! She was very knowledgeable about the comparables in my area and had a good idea of the value of my home. Shauna is easy to work with and will give you her personal opinion about the properties you are looking at. She had pointed out certain things that we did not noticed. She always checked on us after we already bought our house to make sure we are happy with our purchase. She is great and I always refer her to my friends.
