It was such a privilege having Lonnie sell our house. She even coordinated with an out of state agent to help us buy a house while in the process of selling our house. Jeremy did an excellent job keeping in touch, responding to inquires, and asking if he could be of any help. He did seem to be out of town or in meetings frequently, so missed 4 of our showings. The weekend that was most critical, Lonnie came to the rescue and made the sell. In this climate of extremely tight real estate , we knew we had to be fast touring homes as soon as they came on the market and make a fast decision. Lonnie was the one who did the paper work that got us signed up with Keller Williams as our agent.
I worked with Holly to buy a home in the Rapid City Area. Holly provided the perfect amount of knowledge and guidance to find me the perfect home. I would highly recommend working with Holly.
