Dave Kahler is a highly qualified and knowledgeable Real Estate Professional. We used Dave to sell our house last year (2012) when the market was really down and this year (2013). Dave registered our house in March and it sold in April 2013. We were shocked with the turn around and did not have a house to move into. Dave knew exactly what we were looking for and put us in a new home within two months I would recommend Dave to anyone.

We received a visit in our home just a couple of days after we had called the Kahler office;, and we found Dave to be professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He and his staff guided us through the process of selling the house, i.e. paperwork, needed fix-ups, and pricing etc.. His team of stagers, media people, and customer care specialists were incredible. Jeremy Kahler and his team (especially Julie) were very helpful in the process of buying our first home. We made things as difficult as possible because we bought from out of state and only had a select few days to actually get out and look at the homes. Jeremy handled this like a pro. I was in a difficult situation--working out of town, Jeremy and his team assisted with obtaining bids for repairs and coordinated the repairs. Communication was always prompt and accurate. Although the property was not the Taj Mahal, Jeremy took it on, and assured that all was done that could be done to present it at its best. It sold right on the projected closing date.
